Certification conditions:
(1) Enterprise business license, set up time to meet 3 months, normal operation;
(2) Within one year before the application date, no punishment has been received from the local environmental protection agency, and there is a law-abiding certificate from the environmental protection department;
(3) The pollutant discharge shall meet the national or local pollutant discharge standards;
(4) The products applied for certification belong to the list of environmental label products that can be certified published by the state;
(5) Comply with the environmental labeling product standards or technical requirements issued by the state;
(6) Establish environmental label product guarantee system;
(7) Environmental testing report within the validity period, including water, sound, gas, etc.
The requirements for the company to apply for ISO14001 certification are as follows:
1. Within one year before the date of application, he has not been punished by the local environmental protection authority and obtained the law-abiding certificate from the environmental protection department;
2. The pollutant discharge shall meet the national or local pollutant discharge standards;
3. The products applied for certification belong to the list of environmental label products that can be certified published by the state;
4. Comply with the national standards or technical requirements for environmental labeling products;
5. Normal batch production and stable technical indexes;
6. Establish environmental label product guarantee system;
7. It shall have the product quality certificate or product production license, or the product quality certificate within one year issued by the inspection institution recognized by the standardization administrative department at or above the provincial level;
