Certification of children's products refers to the written children's product certificate (CPC) issued by the manufacturer and importer of children's products to prove that their products meet the corresponding children's product safety regulations. CPC and supported test reports must be in English. The certification of children's products must be based on the test results of a third party laboratory approved by the CPSC. CPC certification test of children's products
1. Children's product testing:
1. Children's products must comply with relevant rules and safety regulations, and be subject to compulsory third-party testing
2. The test must be carried out in the laboratory approved by CPSC
3. Based on the test results of the third party, the manufacturer or importer may issue the CPC certificate, or the third party laboratory may assist in issuing the CPC certificate
4. Children's products must comply with all applicable rules or regulations
2. Test type:
1. Initial test: the first test of the product
2. Material change test: if there is a change in the material, test
3. Periodic test: as a supplement to material change test, if there is no material change during continuous production, periodic test must be conducted at least once a year.
4. Component testing: in general, the finished product can be tested, and in some specific cases, all components can be tested to prove the conformity of the final product.
5. Children "s product certificate can only be tested by a recognized third-party testing laboratory, based on the certificate issued by the testing report.
