CEC is the abbreviation of California Energy Commission. CEC issued the certification in 2005 according to the appliance efficiency regulation of California, which is now called "CEC" certification. Every certification issue and implementation has its value, of course, CEC certification is no exception. CEC as a kind of energy efficiency certification, its main responsibility is to regulate the use efficiency of products, save energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection. CEC certification stipulates that those products need to meet the requirements of CEC certification. Products that do not meet the requirements cannot be sold in California market.
Doe certification standards and regulations:
Code of federal regulations: 10cfr429 and 10cfr430;
Among them, 10cfr429 specifies the sample selection specification and report specification;
10cfr430 specifies the test method and compliance declaration specification
Scope of DOE product certification:
Audio and video products; Information products; Small battery charging system; Large scale battery charging system; Lighting products; Home appliances; Transformer products; Motor products and so on
Doe certification application process:
1. The customer submits the application form;
2. The client signs the contract of commission test;
3. Send samples for testing, and prepare electrical schematic diagram, external / internal photos, oscillator circuit block diagram, user manual nameplate identification, working principle description, etc. (depending on the product);
4. After passing the test, the application data will be submitted to doe;
5. After obtaining DOE certification, enterprises can use DOE logo on their products.
