Singapore IMDA is the official organization for the control of wireless telecommunication products. Its full English name is "info communications media development authority", or IMDA for short. All wireless telecommunication products sold or used in Singapore must obtain IMDA certification.
Materials required to apply for IMDA certification:
1. Application form
2. Product spec
3. User manual
4. RF test report
5. RF-EMC test report
6. EMC test report
7. Safety test report
8. Rating Label
9. NB certificate (Tablet/Notebook /Mobilephone ect Product with 2G,3G,4Gfunction)
10. Manufacturer's module declaration letter (if it contains embedded module, the name & Model of the module shall be declared module product name, module model no.)
IMDA certification process:
1. Customers submit application forms and relevant test reports, technical documents;
2. Preliminary examination;
3. Submit IMDA official application;
4. Certification.
