Saber certification is a new certification launched in 2019, and many products are gradually added to saber. In order to standardize the management of saber system, Saudi Arabia has registered on the official website. Saber certification is a system of unified regulations, technology and testing institutions to ensure the safety of Saudi consumers. Saber is a new policy of Saudi Arabia, which is actually an upgraded version of the original SASO certification. It refers to the compliance certification evaluation plan for enterprises exporting to Saudi Arabia, and strictly controls the products.

Saber is divided into two parts
1. Certificate of conformity for regulated products (PC for short) is valid for one year.
2. Shipment conformity certificate for imported products (SCOC for short) is one-time.
Saber authentication PC certificate process:
1. Register saber system account
2. Enter the company name and product name to apply
3. Select the quick check mechanism
4. Pay for PC certificate
5. Submit samples to suger Laboratory for testing
6. The PC certificate will be issued after passing, and the validity period is one year.
Saber certification COC certificate process:
1. Just like PC certificate, apply for the name of the product first
2. The organization confirms the validity of the PC certificate
3. Payment
4. The organization and the exporter make an appointment to check the goods. The exporter's personnel are required to be present during the inspection, mainly for the random inspection of large goods and visual inspection of whether the products have instructions and warnings in English and Arabic
5. Issue COC certificate after passing
