Thailand nbtc is the abbreviation of the National Broadcasting and telecommunication bureau committee. It belongs to the typical administrative department of Fu, and has the power of administrative punishment. Similar to the Ministry of industry and information technology of China, it is also the competent authority of telecommunication products and telecommunication networks. From July 1, 2008, for telecommunication equipment and telecommunication terminal equipment, the existing mandatory specifications for mobile phone communication products will be expanded to wireless related products. Generally speaking, the wireless products exported to Thailand such as mobile phones need to be certified by Thailand nbtc before they can be sold in the local market.
Nbtc certified product classification in Thailand:
The scope of telecommunication equipment sold in Thailand is regulated by NTC into three groups:
Class A: Registration
Class B: Approval Certification
SDoC: Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity
Class a approval: the product must be tested in the laboratory designated by NTC and the data required by NTC is provided, and the login number and certificate shall be obtained.
The class B approval certification procedure is the same as class a product category, but it can only apply for the certification of the transfer mode with foreign reports such as FCC, CE, CB, and also obtain the login number and certificate.
SDoC compliance declaration mode (supplier? S declaration of conformity (SDoC)) this part of product certification is voluntary mode. It is necessary for local representative of Thailand of the customer to fill in SDoC form and send it to NTC for reference.

Nbtc has no specified label requirements.
The new draft of product certification label introduces e-labeling of nbtc, and changes the nbtc label from free to charging（ All labels must be purchased from nbtc, and cannot be printed by themselves, one piece per baht cost.)
