The inspection center is under the leadership of the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and relevant business bureaus of the Ministry of public security. Administratively, it is subordinate to the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of public security. The main business scope of the inspection center includes: undertaking various quality supervision and random inspection tasks entrusted by the state and the Ministry of public security, and undertaking various quality verification, identification inspection, type inspection, arbitration inspection and entrusted inspection. Research and develop inspection technology and equipment for security and information security products and systems.
The inspection center is the contracted laboratory between China Quality Certification Center and China safety technology prevention Certification Center, which undertakes the inspection of mandatory certification and voluntary certification of safety protection products entrusted by it.
