China ROHS certification, also known as "national ROHS certification", refers to the voluntary certification implemented by the state for pollution control of electronic information products.
On February 28, 2006, the administrative measures for pollution control of electronic information products (hereinafter referred to as the administrative measures) was officially promulgated and came into force on March 1, 2007《 The administrative measures determine the control of six toxic and harmful substances contained in electronic information products, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), and adopt the method of catalogue management to promote the prohibition or restriction of their use step by step. In order to cooperate with the effective development and implementation of relevant work in the management measures, the implementation opinions on the national unified implementation of voluntary certification for pollution control of electronic information products and the implementation rules for the national unified implementation of voluntary certification for pollution control of electronic information products have been issued successively. The implementation rules have made clear provisions on the standards and technical specifications for certification.
China ROHS certification scope:
The first batch of products listed in the national voluntary certification catalogue include:
(1) Complete products of computers, televisions, mobile user terminals and telephones;
(2) Capacitor, resistor, electronic tube and other parts and components;
(3) Mouse, keyboard, hard disk and other component products;
(4) PCB board, ink and other electronic material products.
China ROHS certification standard:
Limits and disassembly requirements shall be in accordance with GB / t26572-2011
The test method shall be in accordance with GB / T 26125-2011
Authentication mode:
Mode 1: type test + supervision of applicable parts and components products and material products after certification.
Mode 2: sampling test + supervision of applicable parts and components after certification.
Mode 3: optimization test + supervision of applicable complete machine products and component products after certification.
Mode 4: sampling test + initial factory inspection + supervision of all products within the scope of applicable rules after certification.
