There are four pairs of feet in adult and nymph stages and three pairs of feet in larvae. Among mites, a class of dust mites closely related to human life was identified as the main indoor allergen in 1964, Dust mite and house dust mite are one of the main indoor allergens, which can cause atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma and so on. However, due to the small size of dust mites, it is difficult for human naked eyes to observe them, and it is difficult to completely remove them by routine daily cleaning. Most mites in the room are mainly concentrated in textile fibers such as mattresses, sofas, curtains, carpets and pillows, which further increases the difficulty of removal.

2、 Principle of mite removal test: take 4 Petri dishes, of which 3 are put into the reagent to be tested or the carrier treated with the reagent to be tested according to the use method. In another Petri dish, do not put the reagent to be tested or put a carrier not treated with the reagent to be tested as the control. Put 200 test insects in the center of each Petri dish, put 0.05g mite feed in the center of the Petri dish at 30min, and then put the Petri dish in a water-proof incubator for 48h to check and record the number of dead mites.
