The wear-resistant testing machine uses a special paper tape as the friction medium and acts on the friction head with a fixed load. The friction head drives the rotating paper tape through a fixed diameter roller and a constant speed motor to continuously apply force to the sample surface until the surface substrate is seen or a specific wear degree is reached. The friction resistance of the sample is evaluated by the motor rotation times displayed by the counter.
Scope of application
The paper tape abrasion tester is applicable to the abrasion test of various surface coating (electroplating, paint baking, silk screen printing, etc.) samples. After rolling the uncoated paper or tape to rub with the sample, the abrasion effect is judged under a certain number of revolutions.
