California CEC certification

California Energy Act - CEC (California Energy Commission's) energy efficiency test.
The 58 products sold in California need CEC product energy efficiency certification, mainly for rice cookers, power supplies and lamps (ballasts or energy-saving lamps). CEC energy efficiency certification is required for the sales of 58 types of electronic and electrical products in California. The regulation is divided into energy efficiency index requirements, measurement methods and phased implementation plans.
For AC input external power supply, the energy act of California stipulates that if it is to be sold in California, it shall obtain CEC (California Energy Commission's) energy efficiency test certification before July 1, 2007.
