CEC is the abbreviation of California Energy Commission. CEC issued the certification according to the appliance efficiency regulation of California in 2005, which is now called "CEC" certification. As an energy efficiency certification, CEC's main responsibility is to standardize the use efficiency of products, save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment. CEC certification stipulates that those products need to meet the needs of CEC certification. Products that do not meet the requirements cannot be sold in the California market.

10cfr429 specifies the sample selection specification and report specification;
10cfr430 specifies the test method and compliance declaration specification
Doe product certification scope:
Audio and video products; Information products; Small battery charging system; Large battery charging system; Lamps and lanterns; Household appliances; Transformer products; Motor products, etc
Doe certification application process:
1. Application form submitted by the customer;
2. The customer signs the entrusted testing contract;
3. Send samples for testing, and prepare electrical schematic diagram, external / internal photos, oscillator circuit block diagram, user manual nameplate identification, working principle description, etc. (different according to products);
4. After passing the test, the application data will be submitted to DOE;
5. After obtaining DOE certification, enterprises can use DOE mark on products.
